**Wir suchen dich ab sofort als** Working Student (m/w/d) in **unserem** **Controlling**-Team** um gemeinsam unterwegs zu sein, für das was z**ählt.**:
Es erwartet dich ein engagiertes, zwölfköpfiges Team, was gemeinsam dafür sorgt, dass MOIAs Vision auch vor dem Hintergrund der Wirtschaftlichkeit besteht. Wir leben den Austausch mit allen Fachbereichen, sind neugierig und versuchen neue, bessere Lösungen für alte Probleme zu finden - so tickt MOIA und so arbeiten wir im Controlling-Team. Das Bild vom isolierten Controller im fensterlosen Büro ist uns so fern wie das Privatauto im Stadtkern.

Das Herz von MOIA bildet unser State-of-the-Art Digitalprodukt im Zusammenspiel mit dem operativen Service, mit dem wir unsere MOIAs auf die Straße bringen. Hinter beidem steht ein hochmotiviertes Team, für das wir ein ebenso kompetentes und motiviertes Teammitglied im strategischen Controlling suchen.

**Was du bei MOIA machen wirst**:

- Erhalte Einblicke und unterstütze in den unterschiedlichen Aufgabenbereichen des operativen Controllings
- Übernehme Verantwortung bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung verschiedener Reports (bspw. Service-Effizienz, Produktivität, Optimierung Umsatz KPIs,)
- Unterstütze bei der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Analysen und wirke an unserem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess mit
- Tausche dich mit diversen Abteilungen innerhalb des Unternehmens aus, um zu einer Optimierung der operativen Kennzahlen beizutragen
- Sei in den täglichen Arbeitsalltag des Controlling-Teams involviert mit der Möglichkeit auf Wunsch bei vielfältigen Sonderaufgaben in diversen Controlling Bereichen (Sales-, Personal-, Strategie-, Finanz-Controlling) zu unterstützen

Deine Aufgaben und künftigen Projekte werden auf der Grundlage deiner Ausbildung, Interessen und Fähigkeiten festgelegt.

**Was dir helfen wird, deine Rolle einzunehmen**:

- Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder vergleichbaren Themenfeldern eingeschrieben
- Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr vor dem Abschluss deines Studiums
- Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hohe Datenaffinität und Prozessorientierung
- Du hast sehr gute Excel
- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse, Power BI und Tableau-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und neugierig von deinen Kolleg*innen zu lernen
- Du hast eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
