Johnson & Johnson MEDICAL GmbH sucht eine(n) Laboratory Coordinator Chemistry CIA (m/w/d) in Norderstedt

Sie sind vertraut mit der Durchführung von chemischen und instrumentellen Analysen im QC-Labor und arbeiten selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst als Teil des Laborteams. Dabei behalten sie stets die vorgegebenen Qualitätsanforderungen im Blick und identifizieren und eskalieren Abweichungen zuverlässig. Darüber hinaus haben sie praktische Erfahrung in der Berufsausbildung von Chemielaborant:innen.

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:

- Selbständige Durchführung von analytischen Routineprüfungen im Rahmen der Roh
- und Fertigwarenkontrolle von Medizinprodukten
- Wartung und Kalibrierung von Prüfgeräten
- Qualifizierung und Validierung von Laborequipment und Testmethoden
- Umsetzung von Projekten zur Effizienzsteigerung von Laborprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Untersuchung von Qualitätsabweichungen
- Lösung technischer Probleme im Labor
- Unterstützung der Laborleitung bei Projekten und im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung bei Ermittlung von Kennzahlen
- Berufsausbildung von Chemielaboranten:innen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Bestandende Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO)

- Praktische Berufserfahrung im GxP-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Berufsausbildung von Chemielaboranten
- Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Kenntnisse in Labware LIMS, Empower, OPUS und STARe
- Erfahrung mit FTIR, DSC, AAS, sowie chromatographische und nasschemischen Analyseverfahren

**Wünschenswert**:

- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
- Aktives Netzwerk mit Berufsschule, IHK und regionalen Ausbildungsbetrieben
