Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unser Team Sicherheitsdienstmitarbeiter \*innen (m/w/d) in Hamburg "Social Security" am Hauptbahnhof Hamburg (ab 14,90€/Std)

Sie bestreifen in einem drei Personen Team die Gebiete rund um den Hamburger Hauptbahnhof und sorgen durch Ihre kommunikative Art für die Einhaltung der Vorgaben, sind für alle Ansprechbar und geben Hilfestellungen (Information, 1. Hilfe und Hinweise auf gesetzliche Bestimmungen).

Aufgaben

Information von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern als im öffentlichen Raum sichtbare Ansprechperson
- Ansprechbar für alle Teilnehmenden des öffentlichen Raumes
- Information, Mediation, Schlichtung und Aufklärung
- Aufnahme von Informationen und ggf. Weitergabe an geeignete Stellen/Akteure
- Aufnahme von Meldungen ggf. Überprüfung und Einleitung weiterer Maßnahmen
- Berichterstattung ggü. dem AG sowie weiteren durch den AG benannten Stellen

(Proaktive) regelbasierte Ansprache zur Einhaltung der Regeln des öffentlichen Raums
- (Proaktive) Ansprache bei Verstößen gegen die öffentliche Hygiene sowie der Sicherheit und Ordnung. Bspw.:

- Mediation und Vermittlung in Konflikten und Notsituationen
- bei Nichtbeachtung von Verboten in der Verordnung zum Schutz der öffentlichen Grün
- und Erholungsanlagen,
- beim Niederlassen zum Alkoholverzehr unter störenden Begleitumständen wie Pöbeln und Urinieren; aggressives Betteln, Drogenkonsum
- Information über und Hinwirken auf mögliche, korrekte Handlungsoptionen.

Hinzuziehen von geeigneten Akteuren zur Gefahrenabwehr und zur Beendigung von Ordnungswidrigkeiten
- Erkennen von Regelverstößen, Gefahren und Ordnungswidrigkeiten
- Identifikation und Kontaktaufnahme zu geeigneten Akteuren, um Abhilfe zu leisten
- Ggf. Einleitung und Durchführung von Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen oder Vermittlung

Qualifikation
- mind. IHK-Sachkunde gem. -34a GewO
- oder Geprüfte Schutz und Sicherheitskraft / Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit nach -34a GewO
- Aufgeschlossenheit, Kommunikationsfreude, Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- ein Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Mind. C1)
- einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
