**Your responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support workstream lead/line manager preparing documentation including project charter, project plan, work breakdown, resource estimates, and continuous monitoring of project progress
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Manage calandar. Coordinate interfaces with stakeholders across Uniper
- Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and structure Sustainability topics, incorporating feedback and lessons learned. Drive and implement operational excellence approaches
- Organize, moderate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documents
- Record minutes and action items, and distribute them to relevant parties after meetings

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in project management roles
- Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
