Sr.hr Specialist

We are looking for a full time Sr HR Specialist in Teltow ,working for our subsidiary-Con Don.

**WE FOCUS ON PERSONALISED CELL THERAPIES FOR THE TREATMENT OF ARTICULAR CARTILAGE DEFECTS**

**Job Responsibility**:
**Support for employees and managers on personnel-related topics across all locations**

**Handling of all administrative HR processes from hiring to termination, including preparation of employment contracts and references**

**Preparation and follow-up of payroll in cooperation with an external payroll office**

**Recruiting from the creation of job advertisements to applicant management**

**Creation of HR evaluations, reports and key figures**

**Implementation of HR projects, e.g. benefit & compensation, personnel development concept**

**Job Requirement**:
**successfully completed commercial vocational training or a successfully completed university degree in business administration or a comparable course of study**

**Several years of professional experience in human resources**

**Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken**

**very good knowledge of labor law, social security law and payroll are necessary**

**Independent and careful way of working**

**Communication and organizational skills**

**Salary**: 3,500.00€ - 6,000.00€ per month
