**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als unser Head of Procurement (m/w/d) bringen Sie Ihre bisher erworbenen Erfahrungen und Ihre ausgezeichnete Fachkompetenz in die fachliche (7 Mitarbeiter) und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Teams (7 Mitarbeiter) ein und treiben die weitere positive Entwicklung des Unternehmens mit voran.
- Sie verantworten den strategischen Einkauf der Diehl Aviation Gilching GmbH mit den Standorten Dresden & Gilching und arbeiten in enger Kooperation mit der Teilkonzern Einkaufsorganisation (Matrix) eine kostenoptimierte und qualitativ hochwertige Lieferantenstruktur aus.
- Sie binden unsere strategischen Lieferanten mit langfristigen Rahmenverträgen an das Unternehmen und handeln neben optimalen Preisen auch flexible Lieferbedingungen und geeignete Risk Sharing Modelle aus.
- Im Zuge unserer weiteren Internationalisierung konzentrieren Sie sich auch auf das Global Sourcing und erhöhen den Anteil unserer Lieferanten aus Low-Cost-Countries.
- Im Zuge unserer Neuproduktentwicklungen sorgen Sie für eine frühzeitige Beteiligung des Einkaufes schon in der Angebotsphase und begleiten mit Ihren Projekteinkäufern den kompletten Entwicklungsprozess.

- Ihre ausgezeichnete Fachkompetenz haben Sie durch ein einschlägiges wirtschafts-/ingenierurwissenschaftliches Studium erworben und durch kontinuierliche Weiterbildung ausgebaut.
- Durch Ihre bisherigen beruflichen Erfahrungen haben Sie sich zu einer gleichermaßen durchsetzungsstarken wie teamorientierten Persönlichkeit entwickelt die es versteht, ihre eigene Begeisterung für den Einkauf auf Ihre Mitarbeiter zu übertragen.
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, internationale Orientierung sowie eine hohes technisches Interesse kennzeichnen Sie ebenso wie eine ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz gepaart mit exzellenten Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Als weltoffene Person sprechen Sie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch und sind reisebereit.
