- und Softwareentwicklung und Projektmanagement sowie Fertigung und Montage ist AuE der Komplettanbieter für ein breites und anspruchsvolles Produktportfolio in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Montagetechnik sowie Mess
- und Einstelltechnik. Wir gehören mit über 200 Mitarbeitern zur Strama-Gruppe, die weltweit über 1.700 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Was erwartet Sie bei uns?
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilungen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einkauf, Operative Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Supply Chain Strategie
- Sicherstellung der bedarfsgerechten, wirtschaftlichen und zeitnahen Beschaffung von Materialien und Ressourcen, sodass unsere Projektziele erreicht werden
- Optimierung unserer Lieferkettenprozesse mit dem Ziel die Liefertreue sicherzustellen und die Lagerbestände zu minimieren
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Qualitätsstandards
- Führen und Mitwirken von/bei strategischen Verhandlungen

Ihre Skills
- Technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie sind vertraut mit den Abteilungen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einkauf, Operative Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken
- Sicheres und lieferantenorientiertes Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
