Sind Sie eine aufgestellte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Logistikprozessen, Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem Gespür für Kunden und deren Bedürfnisse und suchen Sie eine Stelle mit Zukunft in einem international agierenden Unternehmen? Bei Würth Logistics unterstützen Sie im Backoffice unser Sales Team mit derzeit 5 Verkaufsberatern und fungieren als Drehscheibe sowie als Schnittstelle zu den anderen Abteilungen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Sie betreuen unsere Kunden am Telefon und generieren Informationen zu potenziellen Neukunden.
Sie koordinieren Termine der Verkaufsberater für Kundenbesuche und organisieren Meetings.
Für die Besuche der Verkaufsberater bei den Kunden erstellen Sie Präsentationen und bereiten die Verkaufsunterlagen vor.
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkaufsteam kalkulieren Sie Verkaufspreise und erstellen Offerten.
Sie erfassen und pflegen die Kundendaten in unserem CRM-Tool.
Gelegentlich begleiten Sie unsere Verkaufsberater bei Kundenbesuchen.
Bei Eignung und Freude an direkten Verkaufsaktivitäten kann Ihnen die Stelle als Einstieg zum Verkaufsberater dienen.
Ihr Profil
Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder Kaufmann/-frau und Berufserfahrung in der Speditions-/Logistikbranche.
Sie kommunizieren mündlich und schriftlich in stilsicherem Deutsch und auf einem guten Level in Englisch.
Dank Ihrer strukturierten und organsierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie - trotz vielfältiger Aufgaben - den Überblick und priorisieren und terminieren goldrichtig.
Der versierte Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen ist eine Grundvoraussetzung.
Kenntnisse im TMS sind ein Plus.
