Wir sind ein innovatives Family-Business aus Bremen und entwickeln unser eigenes modernes Softwareprodukt NOVA-FM für Facility Management (CAFM) und Medizintechnik. Für unsere Projekte am Web-Client suchen wir einen leitenden Senior Entwickler, der in der Lage ist, ein englischsprachiges Offshore-Entwickler-Team zu leiten und Projekte mit diesem Team erfolgreich durchzuführen.

Unser Entwicklerteam arbeitet wirklich nach Scrum mit** 3-wöchigen Sprints** und **Daily Stand Ups** natürlich **inkl. Review**, **Retroperspektive** und **Planning**. **Clean Code** und **automatisierte Tests **werden bei uns großgeschrieben. Zur Info, wir haben auch einen Windows-Client und native Apps - auf Wunsch kann man sich auch verändern und weiterentwickeln.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Du arbeitest im Team an unterschiedlichen Projekten für den Web-Client unseres Softwareprodukts NOVA-FM und leitest ein englischsprachiges Entwickler-Team. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung des Frontends mit jQuery, Knockout und TypeScript im ASP.NET MVC Umfeld, sowie des Backends mit C#.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist Informatiker (Uni/FH) oder Fachinformatiker und hast eine große Leidenschaft für das Web
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript und jQuery
- Du hast Erfahrung im ASP.NET MVC Umfeld sowie im Node.js Ökosystem
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Umgang mit TypeScript und auch Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Knockout und CSS-Präprozessoren wie LESS, SASS, SCSS
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in C#.NET mit
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei und sprichst gut Englisch
- Nice to have: Du kennst Web-APIs, Unit Tests, SQL und DevExtreme
