**Deine Aufgaben - Du kannst etwas bewegen**:

- Gemeinsam mit einem dynamischen und kreativen Team bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherung und den Aufbau von kritischer Infrastruktur.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Aufrüstung und Planung von neuen und bestehenden Abstellanlagen und Serviceeinrichtungen für FlixTrain an Standorten in Deutschland und Europa, um ein pünktlichen und qualitativ hochwertigen FlixTrain Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Du berücksichtigst die Anforderungen des Betriebs und die Restriktionen der Flotte, und leitest daraus passende Konzepte und Zielbilder ab.
- Leitung und Betreuung der Vorplanung, Genehmigung, Baudurchführung und Abnahme von Abstellanlagen und Serviceeinrichtungen.
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Lastenhefte, sodass Abstellung, Ver
- und Entsorgung, Reinigung und mobile Instandhaltung effizient in den Abstellbahnhöfen durchgeführt werden können.
- Identifiziere neue Standorte für FlixTrain - gemeinsam mit den Schieneninfrastruktur-Betreibern (DB Netz, private Eigentümer, lokale Behörden).
- Du treibst Infrastrukturprojekte mit Infrastrukturmanagern voran und prägst damit langfristig die Schieneninfrastruktur, bspw. in Zusammenarbeit mit DB Netz.
- Du greifst bei der Planung und Realisierung der Abstellanlagen und Serviceeinrichtungen auf ein Netzwerk von internen und externen Experten zurück, die dich bei der Umsetzung tatkräftig unterstützen.

**Dein Profil - Komm an Bord**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich (Eisenbahn-)Infrastrukturplanung und/oder -bau und technisches Verständnis.
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Ehrgeiz und Passion, sich in neue Themen im Detail einzuarbeiten und damit unter anderem Ergebnisse von Externen (z.B. Gutachtern) zu challengen und neue Wege zu finden.
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Externen
- Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Starkes analytisches Verständnis
- Deutsch fließend, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
