**Ihre zukünftige Rolle**

Als Spezialist für streckenseitige Signalisierung übernehmen Sie wichtige Aufgaben und tragen dazu bei, den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb unseres Schienennetzes zu gewährleisten. Sie berichten direkt an Fatih Kilincarslan und arbeiten mit einem dynamischen, qualifizierten und zielorientierten Team zusammen.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist es, den gesamten streckenseitigen Betrieb der Signalisierung zu planen und zu leiten. Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit Projektmanagement, Installationstechnik, Design, Beschaffung und Logistik, um eine nahtlose Integration und Installation der Systeme zu gewährleisten. Als verantwortungsvolle Führungskraft steuern Sie Ihr Projekt aus der Perspektive von Qualität, Kosten, Lieferung und Leistung.

Ihr Engagement ist insbesondere gefragt bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EHS-Richtlinien, lokalen Vorschriften und professionellen Standards.
- Wir verlassen uns auf Ihre Fähigkeiten bei der:

- Organisation von Aktivitäten vor Ort, einschließlich Ressourcenplanung und Werkzeugmanagement.
- Erstellung von Plänen und Arbeitsanweisungen in Übereinstimmung mit unseren Standards.
- Verwaltung des Installationspakets und Koordination der Subunternehmer.
- Koordination des Installations-Engineerings und Designs.

Wir schätzen Leidenschaft und Engagement mehr als bloße Erfahrung. Folgende Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten sind für die Rolle von Vorteil:

- Ein Ingenieursabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung im Bereich der streckenseitigen Signalisierung oder im Projektmanagement.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich EHS und Eisenbahnsicherheit.
- Eine Zertifizierung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Eisenbahnsicherheit wäre wünschenswert
