Mit Sitz in Berlin liefern wir apothekenpflichtige Medikamente und Drogerieprodukte innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu Dir nach Hause. Unser Service macht den Zugang zu Medikamenten so schnell und einfach wie möglich - bundesweit. FIRST A ist ein langfristiger Partner für Patienten und treibt die Digitalisierung des Gesundheitsmarktes voran.

Gegründet von Gesundheitsexperten und erfahrenen Unternehmern, sind wir Teil der führenden europäischen Online-Apotheke SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE. **Deine Aufgabenbereiche**
- Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen; Kommunikation zu und Verstehen der individuellen Kundenbedürfnisse, sowie konsequente Erfüllung.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Influencern und Content Creators.
- Aufbau eines belastbaren Netzwerkes und partnerschaftlichen Verbindungen zu Influencern aller Größen, das Vertrauen und offener Kommunikation basiert.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Profiling-Briefings, um sicherzustellen, dass das Team ein klares Verständnis der Zielgruppe hat.
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Profiling-Prozesse (Briefing und Genehmigung).
- Identifizierung und Überprüfung von einflussreichen Influencern und Content Creators.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur Entwicklung innovativer, kreativer Ideen und Lösungen für Kundenkampagnen.
- Rechtzeitige und lösungsorientierte Beantwortung aller Mitteilungen und Anfragen von Influencern und die laufende Pflege der Beziehungen.
- Management von Influencer-Budgets, Rechnungen, vertraglicher Vereinbarungen und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Standards.
- Planung, Teilnahme und Durchführung und Leistung von Veranstaltungen und Aktivierungen.
- Management von mehreren Aufgaben und Projekte gleichzeitig, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, sich schnell an Veränderungen anzupassen.

**Über Dich**
- Du studierst Marketing
- und Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ein ähnliches Studienfach.
- Du hast Energie und Enthusiasmus sowie die Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Du übernimmst Projekte gern eigenständig und löst Herausforderungen eigenständig.
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du besitzt Liebe zum Detail und bringst Kreativität mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint).
- Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Interesse an der Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld. Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch) sind von Vorteil.
