- du sorgst dafür, dass wir sehr gute und flüssige Prozesse einführen, die die Arbeit des Teams in den Bereichen minimieren

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du baust die Bereiche Finance & Operations auf & leitest diese
- Du bist für die Implementierung von Prozessen zuständig, die nachhaltig mit dem Unternehmen skalieren
- Außerdem hast du die Hauptverantwortung für diese Themen:

- Finance (Budget, Financial Model, Controlling, Accounting) und Operations (Adminstration, Verträge)

**Was du brauchst**:

- Du hast einen Abschluss (Studium / Ausbildung) in BWL, Finance oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance & Operations
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und bist es gewohnt, Projekte strukturiert umzusetzen
- Du besitzt top Excel oder Google Sheets Kenntnisse
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
