**Job Description: Recruitment Business Development Executive (Self-Employed, Remote)**
**Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Retention**
- Identify and target potential clients (hospitals, elderly care facilities, care homes) in need of recruitment services.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new business.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
**Market Research and Analysis**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and service terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
**Networking and Relationship Building**
- Attend virtual industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the recruitment and healthcare sectors.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns.
**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
