**Your tasks**:
Reporting to and working closely with the Business Unit Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving B2B marketing operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for strategy definition, overseeing market analysis, user acquisition, inbound sales optimization, organic traffic growth and content promotion via our SEO team. Your ultimate mission is to generate growth to position Avanquest's B2B division as the undisputed player in the enterprise PDF market.
Playing a key role in B2B strategy thinking and deployment, you'll lead a growing multidisciplinary team of directors, traffic acquisition specialists, web marketers, sales people, content managers and other marketing professionals. You work very closely with the SEO, CRM and other departments supporting the business unit.
Finally, you're a dynamic, positive, pragmatic leader who's always looking for the best for brands, leveraging innovation, business intelligence, boldness and the implementation of industry best practices to win out over the competition.
- In line with the division's business objectives and in collaboration with the managing director, draw up the complete B2B marketing strategy roadmap (action plan, resources, priorities and timetable).
- Optimize current business channels generating an excellent volume of inbound opportunities, and increase the volume of opportunities coming from these successful channels;
- In collaboration with his team, optimize and automate conversion and retention strategies via our Hubspot CRM and in collaboration with the Operations and CRM team;
- Explore new acquisition channels supported by an intelligent strategy based on our customer data to generate growth,Effectively manage the budget allocated to digital marketing, ensuring judicious use of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Take a continuous improvement approach, analyzing and challenging KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and maximization.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and ensure ongoing development.
- Monitor the market, customer needs and best practices to instill a continuous improvement approach in teams.
- Encourage innovation and the search for new technologies/methods to improve performance.

**Requirements**:
Mastery and understanding of all facets of B2B digital marketing (SEO, CRM, Customer Support, etc.)
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and vision supported by data-centric reflexes
- Ability to be bottom-line oriented
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solution-oriented under pressure
- Experience in selling software via resellers and directly to online customers

- Expertise in designing and deploying a roadmap aligned with short
- and long-term strategic objectives
- Demonstrate rigorous budget management
- Aptitude for reseller management, SEO and traffic acquisition
- Builder profile
