**Your mission**:
As a Product Owner (f/m/diverse), you own a part of our overall product (the Eurowings Website and App) and you are responsible for the functional, technical and strategic development of your part of the product. You shape and carry the product vision and drive meaningful impact for our customer and the business.

**Your tasks**:

- You collaborate and keep a close relationship with our teams and stakeholders to build tooling and services necessary to improve capabilities
- You create a shared understanding of their needs/problems and conceptualize solutions
- You independently write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements
- You manage and prioritize the product backlog based on OKR and the product vision
- You back your ideas and decisions through data-driven insights
- You have the lateral leadership of a squad team and guide them to success by collaborative decisions and continuous improvement of processes

**Requirements**:

- You have a passion for e-commerce and in previous experiences, you worked in Product Owner role for at least 3 years
- You have a deep understanding of our customers and the market
- You are a problem solver, and you can break complex problems up into bite-size pieces
- You are very analytical and enthusiastic about digging into data
- You understand the point of view of different stakeholders and know when and how to loop them accordingly
- You have the ability to keep the team spirit at a high level even in stressful times and times of ambiguous priorities
- You already worked with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- You get your tasks prioritized and know when & how to say "no"
