WHAT WE OFFER

Our functional area CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) is responsible for innovation and supply chain management as well as all commercial tasks of our business units. This includes the three segments Polyurethanes, Polycarbonates and Coatings, Adhesives, Specialties.

We are an energetic and motivated team within the business entity Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU). Our main task within Planning & Product Supply is to ensure the timely supply of high quality TPU products that are a custom fit the need of our customers.

We are as well responsible for sourcing raw materials, planning our production and steering the business. Additionally, the development of the strategy and value proposition for Circular Economy at TPU is in our responsibility.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare and continuously improve tools and templates to monitor and track our business and supply performance (e.g. Pricing, Volume Steering, Portfolio Management)- Document our global and regional Planning & Product Supply process landscape- Support the development of the strategy and value proposition for Circular Economy at TPU- Ensure regular communication and exchange between different areas of the business- Prepare presentations for the Leadership team and key business areas (e.g. Planning & Product Supply, Sales, Operations)- Regular analysis of current sustainability trends and competition landscape for TPU

WHAT YOU OFFER-
- In addition, you have ideally already gained some experience in the field of project management- Very good MS office and Excel skills are required- You work independently, systematically and have a quick grasp of things- You can communicate very well and enjoy working in a team- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, German is a benefit
