**DICH ERWARTEN SPANNENDE AUFGABEN**
- Du unterstützt das Team bei spannenden Marken
- und Marktforschungsprojekten und lernst so die neusten Methodiken kennen
- Eigenständige Erarbeitung von Trend-, Kommunikations
- und Touchpoint-Analysen sowie gemeinsame Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen an der gesamten Customer Journey rund ums Thema Beauty
- Workshops und Fokusgruppen: Vorbereitung sowie Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Auswertung
- Eigenverantwortung: Du bringst eigene Ideen in Projekte ein, analysierst qualitative und quantitative Kundendaten und leitest zielgruppenstrategische Konzepte ab
- Aufbereitung von Präsentationen und Consumer Insight Studien
- Die Erarbeitung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich

**DU BRINGST VIEL MIT**
- Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Medienkommunikation oder Psychologie
- Trendaffinität: Du begeistert dich in hohem Maße für neue Trends und Beautymarktthemen
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Brand Management, Research oder in der Unternehmensberatung sowie in der Programmierung von Fragebögen sammeln
- Analytisches Denken: Sehr gutes Gefühl für Zahlen und hohe konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Datenanalysen und tiefgehende Marktrecherchen sind Dir vertraut
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Dich zeichnen Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität aus und du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Marken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Programme, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level C1)

**Werkstudent*innengehalt: im Bachelor 14 € / h und 16 € / h im Master. **Die Stundenanzahl kann während der Semesterferien freiwillig auf 40h / Woche erweitert werden. Bitte beachte, dass wir für ein Werkstudium eine **Mindestdauer von 12 Monaten** voraussetzen
