Marketing Traffic Coordinator

The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is responsible for receiving, reviewing and organising all marketing requests including translations. The Marketing Traffic Coordinator is the first point of contact for all incoming Marketing requests and is responsible for the prioritisation and timely execution of requests across the marketing department. Working together with the Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiencies within the marketing department.
**Activities and responsibilities**
- Review and improve processes for the team, requesters and external partners
- Take ownership of job progress and follow-ups; including setting up creative brief meetings
- Work with external partners to explain the project, get quotes and to successfully realise the project. E.g. prints, promotional materials and exhibition materials
- Assist during photo shoots.
- Request voiceover and subtitles for videos.
- Name, upload and assign all images and brochures in Medline’s PIMDAM (product information management and digital asset management database).
- Support the events teams for sales meetings and other initiatives.
**Job requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Highly detail and process oriented
- Knowledge of Workfront a plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Ability to work independently, prioritise your work and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously and meet agreed upon deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well as part of a team or on own initiative
- Confident in dealing with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
- Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
- This position is onsite in Kleve, Arnhem or hybrid in Partizanske
