Compensation & Benefits Specialist (M/F/d)

Our client is looking for an expert in compensation & benefits with strong understanding about local requirements in Germany. You will be the intercultural enabler between Germany and the Scandinavian HQ
**Responsibilities**:
- As a Compensation & Benefit Professional your main responsibility is to design and implement compensation and benefit programs in the organization to meet the objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness, all in line with guidelines from group and country level. You will provide expertise and advice regarding compensation and benefits to internal stakeholders.
- You will analyse and evaluate internal data about the organization's current employee population and future HR needs along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
- You are also responsible for collecting internal and external data to conduct compensation analysis to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization’s compensation programs.
- Furthermore, you will also conduct job evaluations; build salary structures connected to Career framework, lead salary mapping initiatives and handle negotiations connected to various salary issues.
- In this role you will drive and participate in annual salary review program, identify system requirements, assess market competitiveness to provide a competitive and cost-effective salary program consistent with group’s compensation philosophy.
- You should also ensure compliance with global and local policies and take full ownership of the HR delivery in your area of responsibility by working in close cooperation with our global and local HR organization, to ensure a business close HR support.
**Profile**:
- You have expert skills and good knowledge in Compensation & Benefits and know how to work with a virtual team capable of professionally advising the business with solid and effective solutions to pay related matters.
- You have high standards, take ownership, and show a high integrity in dealing with confidential information.
- We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or Business Administration and a wide working experience within HR and Compensation & Benefits. You are familiar with various types of incentives and benefits and have knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems. We also think that you have adequate knowledge of current local labour rules and negotiations. You have good language skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
