**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Für das Team HR Services innerhalb der Personalabteilung suchen wir für die Nachbesetzung eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit den Schwerpunkten Payroll, Controlling und Digitalisierung. Es geht um die Weiterentwicklung eines Teams mit 15 Mitarbeitenden, die in der Abteilung für sämtliche Prozesse der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie des HR-Controllings zuständig sind. Im Detail geht es um:

- Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Entwicklung des Teams
- Die Verantwortung für die monatliche Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung in SAP
- Die Vor
- und -nachbereitung von Betriebsprüfungen inclusive Analyse und Optimierung der Prozesse
- Die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Die Verantwortung für das Controlling im HR und die Datenqualität in SAP
- Die Initiierung und Umsetzung von Projekten im HR und der Digitalisierung sowie von strategischen und konzeptionellen Vorhaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal, insbesondere im Controlling und der Abrechnung
- Souveränes Auftreten
- Expertise im Arbeitsrecht und abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, bestenfalls in Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Zukunftsorientierte, innovative Denkweise und hands-on-Mentalität
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP HCM und Excel
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

**Gehaltsinformationen**:
