**Organizational talent**: You support the planning and preparation as well as follow-up of strategic workstreams and regular management reviews
- **Analytics**: You drive analysis for strategic projects and develop initiatives in the area of Sales & Marketing
- **Stakeholder management**: You communicate with internal stakeholders and develop concepts to communicate projects into the organization via appropriate channels
- **Being strong together**: You interface with a broad range of other functions such as Regional Sales teams, Marketing, and other central functions
- **Identify needs**: You identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of Sales and support Sales Operations governance and processes
- **Take responsibility**: You prepare presentations, reports and briefings for top management
- **Skills**: You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (at least PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- **Experience**: You bring a high affinity for digitalization, technology and market trends and feel comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and problem statements
- **Way of working**: You navigate well in a complex data environment and have good analytical skills
- **Personality**: You are a networker with an open mind, strategic thinking and curious to learn new things
- **Language skills**: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
- CV in English

- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
