**Process Safety Specialist (d/w/m)**:

For our department Factory Pulp Energy we are looking for a Process Safety Specialist (d/w/m) to support our team as soon as possible.

**Your **Role**:

- Drive and support in upgrading existing technical safety and loss prevention systems based on risk analysis
- Support in Capex prioritization per site in liaise with the global Technical Safety team regarding specific safety and loss prevention project
- Work with local site teams to eliminate the top priority risks prioritized by the global Technical Safety team (Loss Prevention Plan) based on the loss prevention survey report from the approved risk engineers
- Facilitate risk evaluation processes such as HAZOP, MOC (mgmt. of change), etc.
- Ensure process safety studies analysis are completed correctly per site according to Essity’s standard

**You **I **dentify **Y **ourself **W **ith**:

- Technician in chemical engineering with additional safety skills
- 5+ years of experience in chemical processes, powerplant or pulp mill operations and technical expertise in equipment integration optimization to improve process / 3+ years of project management experience
- Ability to provide appropriate project direction, administration, coaching, follow-up, and personnel development, sharing knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, quality procedures, equipment, etc.
- Specific experience in safety systems for machines and physical and chemical processes and process equipment
- Strong computer skills, in particular MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
