**Supervisor Returns (m/w/d)**:
Zur Unterstützung unseres Shipping Teams suchen wir eine_n Supervisor Returns (m/w/d) für unser Logistikzentrum in Heimstetten.

**WAS DU TUN WIRST**:

- Disziplinarische Betreuung des Retourenteams der Schicht
- Sicherstellung sowie deren Koordination und Überwachung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Retourenlogistik
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Logistikprojekten und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeits
- und Prozessabläufen
- Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäfts unter Einhaltung definierter KPI’s und Service Levels
- Organisation des Mitarbeiter-Onboardings und kontinuierliche Überwachung des Schulungsstatus
- Allgemeine Unterstützung des Bereichsleiters sowie Durchführung von Schichtbesprechungen, Teammeetings und Feedbackgesprächen
- Verantwortung für die Arbeitsplätze (Sicherheit, Sauberkeit, Funktion der Arbeitsmittel und Ordnung)

**WAS DU MITBRINGST**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich ist wünschenswert
- Zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern sind ein Plus
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
