Airbus Defence and Space is looking to fill the following new role

**Teamlead TL3 ERP Technology (d/f/m)**:
The Teamlead of ERP Technology & Test Management and his/her team are integral part of the new ERP Delivery Center with the main mission to contribute to the setup of this new end-2-end ERP Delivery Center. He/she fully contributes to the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the ERP Delivery Center in the context of the overall Digital ambition. It is key to work closely with the ERP roadmap program, the Digital Business Partners and to strive for a stringent and reliable ERP setup and delivery.

In the frame of ERP technical skills (SAP Basis) he/she is fully accountable for ensuring provision of ERP technical competency, skill development and resource management.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Report to the Head of ERP Cross Functional Solutions
- Own end-to-end accountability for all products and services within your perimeter to meet business demand and overall Digital strategy
- Own strategy and roadmap for all products and services within your perimeter
- Own budget, manage priorities and associated resource allocation based on a global portfolio of projects and services
- Ensure audit-proof delivery of all services in your perimeter according to agreed service level agreements and within defined budget
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Digital security requirements
- Ensure test management on target platform is compliant with agile implementation methods and high level of automation, leverages offshoring
- Support internal and external audits on SAP platforms and technical system evolutions / changes (e.g. technical interface design)
- Provide 3rd level support to ERP platform services (“system ownership”)

**Your Interfaces and main Stakeholders will be**:
Digital ERP roadmap program, Digital internal, Digital Business Partners, Airbus India

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of two years experience in team leadership and in managing IT services as well as managing service providers
- German and english language fluently spoken and written
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a methodical approach and a structured personality
- Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment, resource planning skills and experience in budgeting
- Experience of / ability to manage an international team
