**Coffee Trader (m/w/d)**
am Standort Hamburg.

**Das erwartet Sie bei uns**:

- Sie sind eigenverantwortlich für den Handel von Rohkaffee zuständig
- Sie verstehen die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen in unseren Marktsegmenten, dadurch fällt Ihnen die Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und die Gewinnung neuer Kunden leicht
- Um den Markt genau zu kennen, führen Sie regelmäßig Marktanalysen durch und identifizieren die neuesten Trends
- Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär mit internationalen Teams und unterstützen unsere Kunden konzeptionell bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung derer Ambitionen in Punkto Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Risikomanagement

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Fachrichtung Groß- u. Außenhandel
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis als Sales-Manager (m/w/d) oder Key-Account-Manager (m/w/d)
- Kommunikationsstärke, interkulturelle Kompetenzen und ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsaufbau und in der Kundenbindung
- Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Proaktivität & konzeptionelle Kompetenz
- Teamgeist, hohe Eigenmotivation und Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse und Kontakte im deutschen Lebensmittelhandel, vorzugsweise im (Roh-)Kaffeehandel
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
