- Are you ready to make a difference?**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Actively lead and direct teams, projects, networks and /or platforms in the field of data science and modelling in the support of biosimilar development
- Understand and meet individual program and customer needs and ensure all data and modelling activities are aligned with overall biosimilar development process.
- Initiate, lead and influence new data science related development programs.
- Address complex R&D issues across line functions within biosimilar development. Evaluate and implement new scientific data and modelling techniques and technologies.
- Assess licensing opportunities. Collaborate with and provide guidance to external partners.
- Drive the biosimilar technical development data science long-term strategic plan and its implementation. Ensure current and future needs are fully met, unit projects are assigned, adequately resourced, delivered on time and in full compliance.
- Provide comprehensive advice as a go-to person on a wide range of issues related to data science techniques and processes.

- Experience in drug development through regulatory approval and commercialization
- Data science and modelling leadership

- Ability to work in a matrix organization

**This position is available in 3 different locations: Germany (Holzkirchen), Austria, Slovenia.**

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Min 10 years of experience in statistics and data modelling in Pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of creativity, problem solving and productivity in projects.
- Thorough understanding of development processes in BioTD.
- Demonstrated successful experience with working in interdisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant SOP, GLP, GMP and regulations and policies.
