Director Sales North America

**Your Tasks**:

- Lead and develop Sales Team and Sales Representatives covering the United States and Canada
- Direct Account Management of key Customers and territory to be defined
- All Marketing activities including advertising on-line and trade shows in cooperation with corporate Marketing
- Maintaining existing long term customer relationships and developing new customers
- Work closely with Engineering, Service, and Management to provide the best product and service to customers
- Commercial Project Management activities associated with machine purchases and installation activities
- Negotiating purchase contracts
- Frequent travel to customer facilities and European manufacturing facility
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business alternatively 10+ years experience in Manufacturing
- Technical and Commercial Sales of Machine Tools or similar capital equipment
- Experience with custom CNC Machine Tool Applications
