Als **Finance and Controlling Expert (m/w/d)** spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Team, das den Takt des Erfolgs in der Welt des Musicals vorgibt. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Persönlichkeit die nicht nur Zahlen jongliert, sondern auch den Rhythmus unseres Unternehmens spürt. Du bist der Dirigent unserer finanziellen Performance, der mit Köpfchen und Kreativität die Klaviatur der Budgetierung und Finanzplanung beherrscht.

**DEINE ROLLE**
- Du stellst die betriebswirtschaftliche Stabilität und die korrekte Finanzplanung in enger Abstimmung mit allen Stakeholdern sicher
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Controlling
- und Budgetierungsprozesse zur Optimierung der Produktivität, Profitabilität und Qualität
- Du ermittelst den Finanzierungsbedarf und verhandelst Finanzierungsoptionen
- Du erstellst, überwachst und reportest die Finanzplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten
- und Umsatzperspektiven
- Du bist für die Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Unternehmensertragskraft verantwortlich
- Du erstellst Lizenzabrechnungen an Verlage und bist unser Experte für Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Budgets und die Erreichung von KPIs und Zielwerten sowie für die Erstellung von Budget-, Produktions
- und Projektberichten
- Du unterstützt bei der Ausarbeitung und Kommunikation von Organigrammen und Jobprofilen
- Du repräsentierst die Finance Abteilung intern und extern entsprechend der unternehmerischen Zielsetzungen

**DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN**
- Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwirtschaft absolviert
- Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
- Du kannst fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Finanzplanung, Controlling und Budgetierung vorweisen
- Du überzeugst mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzierungsstrategien
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strategisches sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, Eigenständigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
- Du behältst auch in heißen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und zeugst von einer zuverlässigen, termingetreuen und exakten Arbeitsweise
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten, idealerweise im Google-Workspace
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, stilsichere Rechtschreibkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
