Wir bieten Ihnen eine Marketing Position, in der Sie zum Ausbau von Medtronic´s Portfolio im Bereich Diabetes.
Diese Position ist eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Homeoffice). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

**Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt**:

- Marketing Specialist für das Event-und Kongress-Management, Sponsoring, nationale und regionale Veranstaltungen für unsere Kern-Produkte und Therapien (Insulinpumpe, kontinuierliche Glukosemessung, Software; Apps) unter Einhaltung der Corporate Identity (Design, Standbau, vor Ort Betreuung, Werbemitte, Lead-Management etc.)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Produktmanagement, dem globalen Marketing, Sales und allen relevanten Stakeholdern um Wachstum in der Produktgruppe zu garantieren
- Analyse der Veranstaltungen anhand des Kundenfeedbacks, um Optimierungen an der Kommunikation vorzunehmen
- Messbarkeit und Kontrolle der Marketingaktivitäten gegen Ziele (ROIs & KPIs).
- Betreuung des Werbemittelshops/ Verwaltung des Lagers/ Ausleihen der mobilen Faltstände
- Unterstützung bei Social Media und E-Mail Marketing
- Betreuung des E-Mail Postfachs sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben wie, z.b. Rückstellungen, Vetragsmanagement, Leihprozess, Budget/ Kostenstellenverantwortung
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung des Projektfortschritts der Einführungen an das Management Team

**Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem Wirtschaftsfach, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Produktmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Technische und Social Media AffinitätGute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement Softwarelösungen
- Teilnahme an Kongressen und Vertriebstagungen
