In zahlreichen Industrien verlassen sich Instandhaltungsteams noch immer auf traditionelle Methoden wie Excel-Tabellen oder handschriftliche Notizen, um Wartungs
- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie zugehörige Informationen zu erfassen. Diese Praktiken mögen aufgrund ihrer Einfachheit und Schnelligkeit bewährt sein, doch sind sie nicht zukunftsfähig. Sie führen zu unstrukturierten Teams, Kommunikationsfehlern bei Aufgaben, zeitraubender Informationssuche, häufigen ungeplanten Maschinenstillständen und frustrierten Mitarbeitern. Die Marktkategorie Instandhaltung existiert seit den 80er-Jahren, und die Probleme sind altbekannt. Warum also nicht eine bestehende Lösung nutzen? Der Grund ist einfach: Die derzeit verfügbaren Lösungen stellen den Endbenutzer nicht in den Mittelpunkt. Sie sind durch komplexe Benutzeroberflächen, langwierige Schulungen und hohe Kosten gekennzeichnet, was zu weitverbreiteter Ablehnung führt.
Unser Produkt fordert den Status-Quo heraus. Es ist innovativ, einfach in der Bedienung und schnell einsatzbereit. Kunden wie die BEUMER Group, Adidas, FedEx und andere namhafte Unternehmen profitieren bereits von unserem großartigen Produkt.
Stellenbeschreibung
Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Senior Content Writer/in, die/der uns dabei unterstützt, unsere Marke im Bereich Instandhaltung zu etablieren. Du bist ein/e Experte/in darin, die Komplexität von Industrien zu entwirren, liebst Herausforderungen und kannst komplexe Themen einfach und klar vermitteln. Für Dich sind Texte mehr als nur Füllmaterial - Du wirst der Motor für das Wachstum unserer Marke und ein integrales Teammitglied bei der Generierung von qualifizierten Leads. Du bist ein Meister im Umgang mit Keywords und im Verfassen von markenprägenden Geschichten. Du leitest unsere Content-Strategie und treibst unsere Marken
- und Produktgeschichte voran. Gemeinsam werden wir Elara als Thought-Leader im Bereich Instandhaltung positionieren. Diese Rolle ermöglicht Dir, zum Head of Marketing aufzusteigen und Dein eigenes Team aufzubauen, zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln.
**Verantwortungsbereiche**
- Du erstellst, bearbeitest, veröffentlichst und optimierst hochwertige Inhalte auf verschiedenen Plattformen
- Du führst Markt
- und Keyword-Recherchen durch, um die Content-Strategie zu erstellen, kontinuierlich zu verbessern und unsere Positionierung zu verfeinern
- Du setzt gekonnt SEO-Techniken ein, um die Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite unserer Inhalte zu erhöhen und den organischen Traffic zu steigern
- Du überwachst und analysierst die Performance unserer Inhalte und passt die Strategien entsprechend an
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt und Vertrieb zusammen, um Inhalte für unsere Zielgruppe zu erstellen
**Qualifikationen und Fertigkeiten**
- Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Literaturwissenschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Marketinginhalten, idealerweise im Bereich B2B Software-as-a-Service
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar und präzise zu kommunizieren
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und entscheidungsfreudig zu sein
- Die Fähigkeit, Wettbewerbs
- und Marktforschungsanalysen durchzuführen
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, WordPress und HubSpot
- Erfahrung mit SEO und Keyword-Recherche, einschließlich Keyword-Recherche-Tools (Moz, Ahrefs, SemRush, Sistrix, etc.)
Nice-to-Have:
- Branchenspezifische Erfahrung: Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem B2B-SaaS-Unternehmen ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, wäre aber von Vorteil.
