Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung
- Steuerung interner Kennzahlen (Qualität, Agro-Supply, etc.)
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Bereich Außendienst, Milk Payment, Agro
- Supply, Raw Milk Quality and Milk Collection.
- Intensiver Austausch mit lokalen und zentralen Schnittstellenfunktionen (Milchgeld, Milcherfassung, Agro-Supply, Raw-Milch Quality, Milk Flow Management)
- Budgeterstellung, MCA-Pflege
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten
- Außendienst auf landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben
- Organisationen und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen auf landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und mit landwirtschaftlichen Organisationen
- Selbstständige Milchakquise im Außendienst
- Sicherstellung der technischen Arbeitssicherheit und des Arbeitsschutzes zur Verhütung von Arbeitsunfällen, Berufskrankheiten und arbeitsbedingten Gesundheitsgefahren; Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen; Zurverfügungstellung von Arbeitsmitteln und Schutzausrüstung.
- Organisatorischer Arbeitsschutz (Organisation von Schulungen und Unterweisungen, Bestellung von Fachkräften für Arbeitssicherheit, Betriebsärzten usw.).
- Leitung und Teilnahme an unterschiedlichen Projekten

Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Agrarwissenschaften
- Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse, sehr gute Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Landwirten
- Kenntnisse in der Qualitätsberatung von Landwirten
- Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Engagement
- Diskretion, Dienstleistungsmentalität und freundliches Auftreten
