Wir suchen ab sofort einen Consultant mit dem Schwerpunkt IT Operations Management, der die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung von ServiceNow-Lösungen und -Services in unseren Kundenberatung federführend gestaltet.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf die Operationalisierung und Digitalisierung von Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Prozessen im Kontext der ESM-Plattform von ServiceNow®
- Spezialisierung Deiner Fach
- und Lösungsexpertise in folgenden Themenfeldern:Customer Service Management

Field Service Management
- Durchführung von Kundenworkshops zur Anforderungsanalyse, sowie der Definition von User Stories
- Erstellen von Lösungsarchitekturen, Umsetzungskonzepten sowie Dokumentation technischer Lösungen gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung von Teilprojekten und Arbeitspaketen, sowie die Steuerung des Entwicklungsteams
- Eigenständige Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen (User Stories) in ServiceNow® (teilweise)
- Übernahme von Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben in ESM-Projekten

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. vergleichbare Berufsausbildung/-erfahrung
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Einführung, sowie dem Betrieb von CSM bzw. ESM-Lösungen, idealerweise auf Basis von ServiceNow®
- Bestenfalls verfügst Du bereits über einschlägige Zertifizierungen, z.B. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator bzw. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen
- Ein breites Verständnis sowohl für typische Prozesse bei Service Providern als auch Prozesse im non IT-Umfeld sind wünschenswert
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, sowie strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Reisebereitschaft in der DACH Region
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
