**Your Role**
As a Lab Assistant Beverages, your primary focus is to prioritize and manage daily workloads to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and technical solutions. Collaborating closely with a PADT (Product and Application Development Technologist) or flavorist, you will support the development process in alignment with the B2C workflow.
- Successfully blend product development (flavors, compounds, emulsions, syrups, RTDs) of beverage developer or flavorist
- Work together in a team of laboratory assistances and very close with a beverage developer or flavorist
- Prioritize and prepare daily workload to ensure a timely delivery of high-quality products and technical solutions according to customer brief as part of the development process in alignment with B2C process
- Customer Sampling of flavors, emulsions and compounds as well as RTD‘s
- Active support of customer teams (including global accounts)
- Stockage of raw materials and monitoring of shelf life data
- Cleaning and maintenance of workplace, lab and lab equipment
- Ensure process compliance in accordance with GMP manufacturing, work safety, health safety and environmental regulations

**Important: This is a full-time position with an unlimited contract.**
**About You**
- Several years of experience working as a laboratory assistant, in production flavor blending, or as a distiller.
- Chemical background (laboratory assistant)or Distiller background would be beneficial
- good organizational skills
- accuracy, flexibility and reliability
- independence and team player ability
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs and SAP
- Fluency in German and Basic English
- Effective communication
