This is an inspiring and dynamic role with focus on Demand Generation activities within the Siemens Digital Industries Communications & Strategic Marketing Team.**Change the future with us.**- Work with demand center and regional companies to develop and implement regional marketing and demand generation plans for defined countries.
- Maintain continuous collaborative communication and regularly align with the regional team to ensure Marketing and Sales are working toward the same business goals.
- Come up with timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation for localized and regional campaigns.
- Bring in and share a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Work with the execution team to ensure that regionalization of campaigns is properly implemented.
- Monitor and track campaign performance; leverage data analytics to determine which tactics are working and which are not, and to optimize performance based on results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners if needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with marketing and advertising regulations in each region
- Provide input to Comms Community manager regarding best practices, organizational changes, etc. in defined countries.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation campaign planning and management
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects with an agile setup on a global scale
- Experienced in project management methods
- Excellent communication skills: you are fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way. Additional languages could be a requirement depending on the defined regional responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
