As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as the Senior Visual Designer (f/m/d) and drive innovation forward. The role is **full-time** and **on-site (at least 2 times per week) at our Leipzig headquarters **with the flexibility to work hybrid within Germany.

**What Will Your Role Be**:
Are you ready to step into the pulsating heart of the fashion world, orchestrating thrilling photo and campaign shoots that captivate audiences worldwide? We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Producer (f/m/d), where your passion for fashion meets your unparalleled organizational prowess.

**What You´ll Do**:

- You plan and coordinate our exciting fashion-photo and campaign shoots
- You ensure all necessary resources are available for successful shoots (e.g. location scouting, product ordering etc.)
- You are the liaison between different teams when it involves creative shoots, therefore you facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- You are taking care of the photo studio and storage area

**What You´ll Bring**:

- You have experience and/or assisted in the production process of video & photos, especially for Social Media
- You are extremely organized, hands-on and you bring strong problem-solving skills and are able to think out of the box
- You have a flexible nature with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously
- You bring great communication skills with a positive attitude at all times
- You are fluent in English and German would be a plus
- You are experienced with Microsoft Products like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

**Nice to have**:

- You have a background in photography
- You bring already some experience in production abroad
- You have a driver license
