Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and correct implementation of UI components.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated interest in user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with design tools (especially Figma).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong sense of visual design, balance and visual hierarchy as well as understanding of UI patterns and UI components.
