The Corporate, Operations and Governance (COG) Performance Controlling function for Siemens Gamesa is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting on the financial business and performance of COG while managing the Global planning process. The department is also responsible for governance of the F-Price and product costing process, Enterprise Risk Management and serves as a key interface for various topics between the Business Units and COG.

As Senior Business Controller for Product Cost Support, you will focus on coordinating the planning process related to ensuring transparent and accurate product costing in the long-term years and supporting the F-Price process. You will be a key interface to the Plants, Business Partners within Blades and Nacelle and to the Business Unit Controlling and PPM teams for all maters related to the long-term F-Prices. In addition, you will be a lead coordinator for all topics in COG for the Balance Scorecard.

In this role, you will be looked upon to provide financial transparency and recommendations for sound decision-making.

How to contribute to our vision
- Key part of the F COG team that governs the process of F-Prices and Price Indicators for all starting from timeline for planned releases, interfaces with the BU teams (PPM, Sales and Controlling teams) and within the functions in Blades and Nacelles and ensuring that accurate product costing is released from COG.
- Overall owner of the COG Balance Scorecard Process including ensuring that all input is received timely and in the right quality and consolidating the report for COG Management.
- Key contributor to the overall digitalization and improvement of the Balance Scorecard reporting process.
- Support the co-ordination of the global financial planning, reporting, and controlling (including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of all relevant KPIs in the COG Business (P&L and BS) for Blade and Nacelle reporting.

- You are a highly competent finance individual who has gained at least 3 years’ experience in commercial business topics, controlling and accounting with an emphasis on financial planning and reporting. Experiece in a manufacturing environment will be a plus.
- You have a business or accounting degree. You are excellent in Excel and SAP. Business Intelligence Platforms and Power BI would be a plus
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
