**What you'll do**

We are currently looking for a passionate and creative student to join our team in preparation for upcoming developer conferences. Your tasks will include:

- Support the preparation of upcoming developer conferences as part of the organization team
- Create design materials including logos, posters, badges
- Design and manage social media posts related to the conference
- Align the design between closely related conferences (collaborate with other designers)
- Assist in the creation and support of the conference website & mobile app

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in conference organization, design and marketing within the tech industry.

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Graphic Design, Marketing, or related
- Computer skills
- Proven experience with Design tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar
- Basic knowledge of website creation and frameworks like Wordpress
- Basic knowledge of frontend development with HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills:

- Interest in event marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Others: (e.g. work experience)

You will be working in a small conference orga team located in Walldorf. We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model.
