The Pricing, Rebates & Commissions Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing pricing, rebate and or commission agreements via SalesForce (SFDC) and SAP P80. The role interacts with Sales, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance, and our Trade Customers.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
General:

- Obtain appropriate approval from business delegate(s) ensuring proper Delegation of Authority is followed.
- Ensure all activity is compliant with Internal and DuPont Sarbanes-Oxley standards along with keeping all appropriate documentation.
- Ensure pricing, rebates and commissions are accurate and appropriately available in a timely fashion, including monitoring and chasing approvals.
- Business Unit Administrator (BU Admin) in SFDC for the business.
- Respond to questions related to pricing, rebates, and commissions.
- Coordinate and ensure contract compliance.
- Running routine as well as ad hoc reports.
- Backup Controls Specialist when needed for monthly controls monitoring.

**Pricing**:

- As the BU Admin, work with the commercial organization and Business Process Expert to clearly define the Price Design necessary for each customer and/or business and help with the set up of price records accordingly.
- Validate price records periodically in tandem with commercial organizations to ensure that only required and current pricing is in the system.
- Review alerts and comparisons to ensure correctness.
- Identify and resolve any price discrepancies as they arise and help Sales adjust pricing timely to avoid further issues.
- Enter pricing details in SFDC where needed.

**Rebates**:

- Understand compensation processes and work with the commercial organization to ensure Rebate agreements are set up correctly per expectations.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure proper financial entries are made in the systems.
- Provide documentation for the periodical accrual reviews.
- Prepare and/or create settlement to customers for rebates earned.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to have rebates paid out timely (if needed).
- Function as a liaison with DuPont Collections, Finance, Invoicing, Sales/Commercial, Customer Service.

**Commissions**:

- Understand Commission processes and work with the commercial organization to ensure Commission agreements are set up correctly per expectations.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure proper financial entries are made.
- Prepare and/or create settlement to seller/agents for commissions earned.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to have commissions paid out timely.

**Controls Monitoring (backup role)**:

- Understand Controls processes and work with the customer service organization to ensure controls are within compliance as backup role.
- Run controls reports monthly as backup role.
- Validate compliance for audit selections as backup role.
