**Finance Director (m/w/d) LSMS / Schwerpunkt Strategisches und Operatives Controlling**

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
Eine sehr spannende Gelegenheit für einen proaktiven, geschäftsorientiert und strukturiert denkenden Finance Director. Sie werden Teil eines internationalen Finanzteams mit schlanken Managementstrukturen. Der Finance Director ist der Business Partner der Vertriebs
- und Business Unit Teams der sehr schnell wachsenden Division. Er/sie spielt eine Schlüsselrolle dabei, die Division noch erfolgreicher zu machen.
- Unterstützung des globalen Managementteams bei der Formulierung von Strategien und Zielen, inkl. Umsatzwachstum, operative Rentabilität und Cashflow in allen Geschäftsbereichen der Division.
- Analyse und Steuerung der Geschäftsergebnisse, inkl. Umsatz
- und Margenanalysen sowie Preismanagement
- Durchführung der Planung und Erstellung von Forecasts
- Definition von KPIs und Maßnahmen zur Steuerung und Verbesserung des Geschäftes
- Key-User für SAP (FI/CO), SAP SAC und Power-BI sowie Sales Force-Mitglied zur Genehmigung von Angeboten
- Führung des Commercial Finance Teams
- Sonderprojekte, inkl. Unterstützung bei der Bewertung potenzieller Akquisitionen und Post Merger Integration

Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor-/Masterniveau) im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute operative und strategische und Controlling-Kenntnisse aufgrund mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise mit Life Science Branchenerfahrung
- Hohes Maß an selbstständigem Handeln und Eigeninitiative, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, vorausschauendes analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Souverän in der Gestaltung, operativer Umsetzung und Präsentation von Analysen und Ergebnissen
- Agiles und selbstbewusstes Auftreten mit "Hands-on-Mentalität"
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach US GAAP oder IFRS
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
