Die Rolle:

- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während des Abfüllprozesses gemäß den festgelegten Standards und Verfahren
- Überwachung der Abfüllanlagen, um eine reibungslose und effiziente Produktion sicherzustellen
- Analyse von Proben aus verschiedenen Produktionsstufen, einschließlich Rohstoffe, Zwischenprodukte und Endprodukte
- Mikrobiologisches Arbeiten, wie Probenvorbereitung, - entnahme und -verarbeitung in sterilen Verhältnissen
- Überprüfung, Wartung und Kalibrierung von technischen Prüfmitteln
- Verantwortung für die Dokumentation und Auswertung von Messergebnissen sowie die Erstellung von Berichten
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Produktqualität und Effizienz
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktionsziele erreicht werden
- Einhaltung von Sicherheits
- und Hygienerichtlinien sowie von Vorschriften im Bereich Umweltschutz und Arbeitssicherheit

Wen wir suchen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Brauwesen, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder verwandten Fachgebieten
- Erfahrung in der Brauereiindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Abfüllkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung
- Kenntnisse in Analysemethoden und -instrumenten zur Qualitätskontrolle, wie z.B. GC, Alcolyzer, etc.
- Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Analyseergebnissen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
