**Head of Buying Accessories (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliches Category - und Aktionsmanagement für die Warengruppe Accessories (Headwear, Bags, Socks, Aktionsartikel) und deren langfristige strategische sowie kundenorientierte Entwicklung
- Marktbeobachtung und -analyse des Wettbewerbs hinsichtlich des Sortiments und der Marktpreise
- Trendscouting zur Identifikation von Produktinnovationen
- Proaktive Interaktion mit internen und externen Schnittstellen: u.a. Vertrieb, Marketing, anderen Einkaufsteams, den strategischen Partnern sowie Lieferanten
- Entwicklung der Saison
- und Aktionspläne auf der Basis der vorgegebenen strategischen Ziele des Unternehmens
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sortiments-, Preis
- und Platzierungsoptimierung und Vermarktung sowie Koordination dieser Maßnahmen mit anderen Abteilungen
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme sowie Verhandlung von Basis
- und Leistungsjahresgesprächen

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Einkauf oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accessories
- oder Fashion-Buying
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Führung eines Teams
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Souveränes und sicheres Auftreten
- Begeisterung für Sneaker und Accessoires sowie gutes Gespür für aktuelle Modetrends
