- Talent Attraction: Actively contribute to our talent attraction strategy, create content for various platforms and come up with one-of-a kind HR Marketing initiatives
- Early Careers: Support organising and participate in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes
- Data & KPI Management: Manage and analyse relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
- Overall support in recruiting and career events

**Your powerful skills**
- Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university GAP year
- High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
- Creative mindset, passion for Social Media and content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
