Das Team, in dem Du arbeiten wirst

Du arbeitest im Kampagnenteam und koordinierst die Marketingkampagnen. Wir orchestrieren alle externen Marketing-Touchpoints von Social bis Digital und Print. Wir analysieren und entscheiden, welche digitalen Touchpoints mit welchen Botschaften zur richtigen Zeit bei der richtigen Zielgruppe platziert werden müssen.

Was Du machen wirst

Du arbeitest mit Agenturen, briefst sie und koordinierst sie beim Erstellen von Grafiken und Artwork. Du wirst auch viel auf strategischer Ebene im B2B Marketing arbeiten. Du unterstützt bei Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen und managst eigene kleine Projekte mit dem Fokus auf neuen Ideen im Hinblick auf deine Fähigkeiten als Generation Z.

Soziale und Networking-Veranstaltungen helfen Dir, unsere Mitarbeiter und unsere Unternehmenskultur kennen zu lernen. Währenddessen arbeitest Du an klaren Zielen und erkennst Dein eigenes Potenzial.

Wen wir suchen

Bei uns kommt es darauf an, wer Du bist, nicht, was Du studierst. Wir suchen neugierige, aufgeschlossene Praktikanten mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die wissbegierig sind und bereit, sich einzubringen. Kreatives Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail sind auch wichtig. Du solltst gern über den Tellerrand schauen und neue Wege und Ideen z. B. im Bereich Social Media oder KI ausprobieren wollen, Interesse an Finanz
- und Wirtschaftsthemen und B2B-Marketing haben und offen für selbstständiges und agiles Arbeiten sein.

Und da wir ein internationales Unternehmen sind, solltest Du Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.
