As a System Administrator (M/F/d) at Convex Energy, you will become a crucial member of our team. In this role, you ensure that our traders always have the right software for the right devices at the right time. Tasks
- You are responsible for the client and server endpoint management for Windows, Mac and Linux based systems.
- You oversee device enrollment, registering new devices with MDM/endpoint management solutions and configuring devices with necessary settings/policies.
- You troubleshoot and resolve endpoint device issues efficiently, while developing strategies to minimize downtime and reduce overall incidents.
- You diagnose software, hardware or network issues.
- You document IT infrastructure and IT routine processes.
**Requirements**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
- You are experienced in handling and administering business software and hardware systems
- You know BASH, PowerShell, GIT and ideally Python
- You showcase excellent interpersonal skills
- You are ready to work on-site in Berlin (EUREF Campus in Schoeneberg)
- You speak English fluently, German is a plus
