**Wir suchen einen telefonischen Kundenberater (m/w/d)** Dabei berätst du Kunden am Telefon und sorgst dafür auch Sie für Fitness zu begeistern.

**Arbeitsort**: vor Ort im Büro in Salem - kein Home-Office

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- du bist am Telefon ein kompetenter und freundlicher Ansprechpartner
- du analysierst den Kundenbedarf am Telefon und vereinbarst Termine mit Interessenten
- du verkaufst telefonisch Mitgliedschaften und engagierst dich aktiv dabei neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen
- du sorgst für hohe Kundenzufriedenheit durch Sicherstellung von Service-Calls

**Dein Profil**
- du bist kommunikativ und kannst Kunden begeistern
- du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis
- du bist souverän und schlagfertig im Umgang mit Menschen und hast eine gute sprachliche Ausdruckweise im Kundenkontakt
- idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Service und Vertrieb
