**Responsibilities**:
- Creation and maintenance of work schedules and calculation of standard times (in-house production / assemblies)
- Advice and support in make or buy decisions with regard to the most economical production variant
- Consulting of other departments in production relevant questions
- Independent planning and execution of (internal) improvement projects
- Interface function between different departments (e.g. design, manufacturing, cost management)
**Qualifications**:
- Completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic f/m/d) and further training as mechanical engineer / industrial foreman (f/m/d)
- Knowledge of SAP routing structures (routing, parts lists, inspection characteristics, production resources/tools)
- Good technical understanding of design drawings and parts lists, as well as common production processes
- REFA basic training, as well as basic understanding of time management
- Independent, structured way of working and confident appearance
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, reliability
