**Your impact**:

- Second-level support for Google Workplace, MS Office and in-house developments
- Analyze, process and solve support requests
- Co-design and implement security-relevant and quality assurance measures
- Prepare, execute and control regular and irregular changes and security audits as well as communicate with the other teams
- Analyze the process and solve the bottlenecks when necessary
- Prepare and maintain documentation
- Support in the development and deployment of Chrome extensions

**Who you are**:
As a reliable team player with your enthusiasm for IT,, you are particularly suited to this role. New creative ways of finding solutions are your strength. You also have the following qualifications:

- Completed training in the field of IT or studies with a focus on IT
- Software development and JavaScript knowledge is preferred
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
- Very good German and English, both written and spoke
