What's the role?:
As
**Head of the Quality Architecture** team you will engage in executive, professional and technical roles in product quality architecture of HERE products throught the whole stack. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality architects and ensuring that our organization's products and services meet the highest standards of quality. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices for quality assurance.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of quality architects and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
- Develop and implement E2E quality control processes and test frameworks across the organization, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement changes to improve product and service quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product development process.
- Establish best practices for quality assurance and ensure that these practices are followed across the organization.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that all processes are being followed and that quality standards are being met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they understand and follow quality control processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and ensure that these are incorporated into our processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop quality-related goals and objectives and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's overall strategy.

Who are you?:
**You will be successful in the role with the following**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in leading a diverse team across multiple locations and time zones.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge in the field of software / database architecture is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the software and data driven development industry
- Fluency in English and German language (spoken and written) is a plus
